Cocobon Roasted Oak Red Blend

Everything you love about Cocobon, but richer. This Dark red blend imparts aromas and flavors of roasted oak and vanilla, after being aged on toasted French Oak. Cocobon Roasted Oak was carefully crafted with notes of deep, rich fruit flavors, followed by hints of chocolate and espresso with a touch of spice on the finish.

COCOBON ROASTED OAK CHARDONNAY

WINEMAKING

These carefully selected grapes are fermented in stainless steel, initially undergoing cool fermentation to retains esters. This is followed by a secondary malolactic fermentation, aged sur lie to enhance the bold and decadent flavors in every glass.
